专业简介

该专业旨在使学生具备:广泛的工程管理知识，以支持解决问题、决策和开展发现和创新项目；从工程师角色向工程经理角色有效过渡所需的管理技能，包括行为和沟通技能；能够在工程/制造企业和部门的工程项目、运营、产品和服务管理中整合和应用工程和管理知识；能够产生创新想法，承担工程管理项目/研究，并将发现和创新想法转化为实际实施。
